Hi,
I have a Ravenheat Csi85t combi (yes I know it’s a cheap one and not the best make)
It runs for 30 seconds to a minute and then goes to flame fail lockout although the flame doesn’t actually appear to fail before the lockout occurs, you can hear a relay click then the continuous fault light comes on. I assumed from the instructions flame fail is a continuous light whereas overheat is flashing? It does this in both CH and HW modes and usually resets immediately although it can take a few attempts to reset (sometimes the lockout light appears immediately when turned back on before the boiler does any checks). It appears to work fine regarding firing and running up to this point.
Any ideas (apart from getting a decent boiler!)?
Graham.
