ravenheat csi 120 water leak

can anybody help
iv got a ravenheat csi 120 low nox condensing boiler and its got a leak coming out of the heat exchanger cover assembly can anyone cast a bit of lite on this problem

Sounds like your condensate out let is frozen or blocked , is it external ??

yes its mounted on the outside wall this i hope is the problem

Incidentally how long have u had the boiler ?? any problems ?? interested
