Got a bit of a strange one, burner failed, upon test the problem was a lack of pilot light, pulled out the pilot, checked and all seem fine, cleanish, electrode ok sparking etc.
Replaced and noticed that the flame is only on the side of the electrode and tiny, nowhere near enough to light the main burner.
took it back out again but cannot really see anything wrong, rigged the pilot to light whilst outside the main case and it flames up, put it back in and nowt! nothing but the tiny flame
What does anyone think, new pilot head?
cheer
