Boiler was out of service whilst building work completed. Boiler was recommissioned but fails to fire. :(
From Mains ON and CALL for heat, Pump starts, Fan starts, Gas valve ON, Ignition sparks, but no burn, then flame failure light comes ON.
Injector looks clean, spark tested with external gap, good quality spark. Venturi to pressure differential valve checked clean.
Ideas please

Gas supply ok? possibly blocked pilot injector........RGI territory

Yes and Injector OK. Gas solonoids measure at about 4K each, and there is 210V DC across the solonoid which actuates when applied. Measuring right hand most pins...

Thanks for the info.

To cut a long story short, called in a HE who diagnosed air in the pilot flame feed tube... eventually. This wasn't being purged in the short time the ignitor had to ignite the pilot flame, due to the very small holes of the pilot injector not letting enough air through to self purge. So once the injector had been removed and the pilot feed tube became unrestricted, air purged and gas became available. Once reassembled, is working more or less as its old self.
