Ravenheat LS80 DHW not working

I have a 5 y old 4/5 y old combi that works perfectly on heating side.

on dhw side it has stopped working. when on CH is switched off boiler refuses to fire. when CH switched on fires instantly but no hot water

Any help.. thanks
