Hi I need help my combi boiler keeps shutting down when i run hot water or central heating it happens after approx 2 mins with a loud click then boiler goes out and pilot light goes out

Not knowing the model it's impossible to diagnose faults.Sounds though that you have a gas related fault and advice is inappropriate.

Sounds like a circulation problem - boiler overheating.
Can you hear/feel the pump running?

Then as 45 years said, it could be gas related and you need to call in an RGI to check it out.

Gas supply seems ok the pilot light relights and stays on going by the noise its making just before cutting out sounds like it boiling dry(i know it sounds strange but thats whet it sounds like) the make and model is Ravenheat RSF 820/20
