Raw edges on tiles

Just moved into our new home which has a fully tiled bathroom.
The problem is, whoever tiled it, they've tiled up to all the edges, including the window and left the bare edges,(so that I can see the unglazed edges.
Is there anything I can buy/use to cover up these raw edges?
