Just wondering if anyone can help! I have had a heater fitted for my swimming pool. Right here goes I have got a 6kw 19amp heater so this is running on a 32 amp mcb and I also have a 20amp mcb just to run one socket for my pump. It has a 63amp mcb fitted with I think a 60 amp cable running to the mcb and 30amp cable running from the mcbs. This has been up and running for 3 weeks now. No problems with tripping mcbs or rcd. So I came home today the heater is not working the pump not working, so thought check the mcb and rcd. None of them have tripped either. Could this be a problem with the rcd that is connected. I'm confused as nothing looks damaged or lose in anyway so really not sure what the problem could be. Any help would be great.

You have checked the switches at the consumer units in the pool building?

What about the supply to these units?

Try switching off and back on again. Some times the operation leaver can stick but the trip will still trip. Feel as you switch one one can normally feel the resistance when it's really switching on but goes slack if it has tripped inside. They are designed so you can't force them on.

Maybe a second trip some where else. Or a fuse. Look around main consumer unit you may find another trip of fuse there.
