I need to refelt as the old felt (3 yrs old) lifted and started leaking.

I have bought the felt adhesive to ensure it stays down this time!

Be grateful for advice or link to how to put it down properly. There is felt underlay down which is still in good nick so I'm hoping for an easy ride!

TIA :D

The adhesive can easily come unstuck in extreme weather conditions. Use felt nails as well as. Tack nails about every 12" and use plenty of adhesive on all edges and overlaps. I usually leave the top layer hanging down about 50mm, and cover it with some 4x1 timber fixed thru the felt into 2x2 cleats which are fixed under the roof.
