Re-Handing Cupboard Door

Hi everyone,

I recently had a cupboard door fall off in my house, it is the type of door that is hung using the standard type recessed hinge.

I want to re hang the door, but the positions the screws will go into has been damaged from when it was last installed. And I cant alter the position due to the recessed hing forcing me to use the same points.

Can I fill these holes and then re-mount or........ what type of filler should be used??

Any help would be greatly appreicated.

You can use repair plates to rehang or re-drill the holes in door to reposition hinges.
