I would appreciate if someone could give me an experienced idea of cost for the following two scenarios stating whether they are with or without VAT:
Both require the removal of slates and underlying felt and replacing both,(without scaffold costs and lead flashing).
1.An area of approx. 30m2.
2.An area of approx. 80m2.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.I just would like to go into this with a good idea of what I should be paying someone.
