Ok all you decorators and diy experts,l would like to know your best ways of prepairing woodwork for re-painting.As some windows with small panes are hard to rub down and alot woodwork areas are too. What do you do, and what sandpapers are the best to use as the ones l use always clot up straight away.

For the situation which you are highlighting then the best thing for it is a sponge sandpaper or a liquid sandpaper.
