Re-pressurize Ariston Micro Genus 23 MFFI

Hello my boiler keeps failing to ignite; it suggests the problem could be the water pressure in the system. It is currently below 0.5 bar and only just gets to one when it does ignite. The Manuel suggests that I re-pressurize the system. Can some one help me of the best way to do this?
