Looking for advice please! Completely clueless on all things building related!

We own a maisonette and our ground floor neighbours have decided they want the property re-rendered. So hack off the old stuff and apply new render.

Unfortunately our section has various waste pipes, the boiler flue and condenser pipe, doorbell wires etc.

The neighbours are paying for this as part of a wider renovation project and think they are doing us a favour (!) I just see it as a load of mess and hassle.

My question to you lovely people is how the heck is the builder going to work around all the obstacles? Especially the flue etc and is he going to remove pipes and leave me with no bathroom or kitchen waste albeit temporarily?

Please put my mind to rest! I am massively overthinking things here!
