re-rendering beneath kitchen tiling

I have been removing old tiles and in some places rendering has come away with plaster.
I have sand, blue circle cement and febmix (left behind by builder when he hopped it) and need to know exact directions for mixing and applying new render. Can anyone help please?

Throw it away and get your self a bag of bonding plaster to fill, its quicker and easier than mixing sand and cement
