Re roof (unsure Velux windows have been fitted back properly)

I’m in the process of having a re roof done on my home. 2 Velux windows have been removed and re fitted back down. I’ve taken a look since they’ve been fitted and thought it looks worse than they previously did.
Can anyone tell me whether this looks acceptable.

It's not right is it ? Any decent roofer would never leave it in that state and it's not difficult to correct. The gap under the soakers is down to the slates being quite thick but they should have graded the slates and chosen suitable ones for the areas around the Velux. Is this a dedicated roofing firm or a builder having a go ?
