Re-Tiling Kitchen

Hi,

Basically we have removed the tiles from the kitchen wall but most of the plaster came off with it.
The tiles were between the worktop and top cupboards.

Could I just screw plasterboard to the brick wall and tile straight over?

You can see in the picture where the plaster has come off the wall
The plaster that is still on the wall is behind the units

Yep. Remove any loose plaster though.
