Realistic flat roof replacement quote

I've been quoted about 7k (inc VAT) for replacing 50 ish sq m of domestic flat roof. It covers removal of the old, re-boarding, a new single ply membrane and a few fiddly bits an pieces to tie everything in an finish it off. I've got no worries about the contractor (good reputation in the area) but my jaw dropped when I read the quote (although I've only had experience of replacing smaller felt roofs in the past). is 150 ish quid per sq m in the right ball park?

If it's a warm roof and comes with a full insurance backed guarantee,I would say about right.
