Rear waste discharge on wall mounted WC frame

I have been asked to install a wall mounted WC frame onto a 110mm waste pipe that travels across the back wall to feed some other WCs.

Because the waste needs to be Tee'd in and all the frames I've seen only come with 90 degree discharge pipes at 75mm on the spiggot flaring out to 110mm the frame would have to be set with the discharge 380mm off the floor meaning the pan would have a height of almost 600mm ........ take a running jump to get on !!

The construction is block and beam, so I can't alter drain run too much and I cant raise the WC floor by 200mm as it would cause a trip hazard and be unsightly.

Any ideas if you can purchase a frame with a horizontal straight discharge or other clues to how I can overcome this problem.

IIRC, Thomas Dudley frames do not come with a connector, just a rubber lined clip.
