Hi all,
Just looking at lighting for my bathroom refurb. Instead of the usual downlights, I’d like to use a recessed LED strip in the ceiling.
The ceiling is already plastered and painted so I can’t use the plaster-in channel and I’d have to use recessed surface mounting channel such as this which is no problem.

Then pair it with some IP65 tape like this

Of course with it being a bathroom I’ll be getting an electrician to do all the wiring.
Has anyone else done anything like this before and if so can you give some pointers/advice?
Cheers
