Recognise this shower riser?

Hi
The shower head holder for this rail/riser is broken. I want to see if I can buy a replacement insert or complete holder, rather than replace the whole rail, which would be a lot more effort.

Does anyone have any idea what brand or model this might be? The shower head has been replaced and I can't find any branding on it anywhere? The rail is a sort of half moon shape rather than round, and swivels.

Doh! Lets try again.

I know it would help if I could at least find a brand name, but I can't find anything on the riser or mixer valve, though it's good quality. There is just this mark on the shower head, though no name.

Looks like the shower was an afterthought!

I've now worked out that the logo is for Trevi from Ideal Standard, assuming the shower head hasn't been replaced at some point. So that narrows the search at least.
