Obviously needs to be durable for offices and corridors. What do you pros use?

Sorry, possibly not relevant to you, but mostly for information...
Depending on the age of the building, number of layers of old paint on the walls and if the corridors are fire protected, there may be a requirement for fire resistant paint, in a commercial building.
For a recent refurb in one of our buildings, we had to specify Crown Timonox paint for the foyer and corridors.
It had horrid coverage and cost a fortune!

That sounds fun. No one has specified fire resistant paint thankfully.

Was looking at Armstead durable. Bit expensive though at £90 for 10L.
