Recommendations for marks down wall

Hi,
We moved into a new build 2 years ago and we get these horrible lines down the wall. The new build have looked at it and said there's nothing that can be done, does anyone have any ideas?

Re removing the existing stains, if you Google remove stains from render you'll find various advice and tips.

They have not used stainless steel screws when fitting the plastic verge.

Sort the screws out and wash the wall with a rust stain product

Stainless steel screws dont leave rust marks.

It's not rust as others have said it's crud from the roof leaking from the units .
That's why I suggest continuous ..no joints .
