Hello I am a newbie on this forum.
I am looking to rebuild our chimney breast (it was removed to just below the roof line 4 years ago) to accomodate a wood burning stove we have got.
I have basis brick laying skills etc & am just about to order scaffolding for the job over Easter.
Does anybody have any tips or things to look out for on this type of project?
The house is circa 1895, pitched roof. I am looking to build several courses up and install a pot to just above the ridge as well as lining the chimney for the stove.
Cheers
