Relaying new Amtico tiles

We're about to have a new fireplace installed which means displacing the current Amitico floor and patterning. With the new hearth down (larger and different shape to the current one) is it possilbe to relay new Amitco tiles to create a new shape/pattern (we have spares tiles)?

If this is all possilbe (and not a diy job) can anyone recommend a good Amtico fitter in north london ? Small job that won't make any rich but needs to be done. I do have a photo if that helps just not sure how to add it to this message.

Here's a pic. The new hearth will be smaller and squared off and the flooring will need to follow this new shape.
