Well, a Dutch company has gone the same way (worse even, they might go broke!).
If you bought a wooden door/window frame or a typical wooden floor from this company in 1998, then this company promised to refund your money this year (cash-back promotion).
It turns out now, they should pay out over €16.000.000 in total and only made a reservation for 1/3 of this amount. Banks are not to eager to jump in, so the whole company (frames, wooden flooring and stone flooring companies) might be pronounced bankrupt.
Must have been some marketing company 'advising' them back in 1998!
