removal of mixer tap cassette

Hi,
I have a stiff mixer tap & I cant work out where to get a tool to remove the cassette.

Can anyone point me to a supplier of the right sort of tools please & tell me what it is called?
Or is there some other way to get the module out of this sort of tap please?

Hi,
I was lucky and managed to unscrew the top of the tap with my bare hands! (I am still interested in the proper tool or key).

Now the top is off I still cant see how to remove the cassette as it is too large to come out of the hole at the bottom.

If anyone knows the answer to this puzzle I would love to hear.

(edit) Now I have it apart all the stiffness has gone, I expect it will come back, but I am puzzeled by this too.
