Hi,

My bathroom light has stopped working and I need to replace the bulb. Unfortunately, I simply cannot figure out how to remove the cover!

I've tried unscrewing it (both directions), rotating it to try and find a notch, pulling directly downwards, and trying to lever it off by pulling downwards on one side. None of these work!

There is a piece of metal which slides in and out on one side which doesn't appear to do anything (pictured)

Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

After sliding out, the piece of metal should move to one side or the other, which will release metal tabs that hold the shade in place.
