I am just about to embark on the mission on new fascias, soffits and guttering.
My main motivations are:
1: Improve Appearance
2: Prevent the birds nesting in eves and edge of the roof (its busier than canarie wharf at the moment)
As an intermediate DIYer, I am not sure if going the whole 9 yards will be biting off more than I can chew. However, it seems that striping the lot off, and pulling back the first row of tiles is the only way to get a bird comb in.
Ideally I would just like to just cover the existing fascia boards but this still leaves me with the little b****rs in the roof!
Does anybody have any suggestions of an alternative method for blocking the birds?
