Use a sharp wood chisel - a one inch wide one is about the right size. Use it at a shallow angle so as not to scratch the bath. Slide the chisel under the silicone on both the bath and the wall, then most of it should just pull away. You'll then need to scrape away at what's left and rub the awkward bits away with your thumb.
Be careful using the chisel at the tile edges where it'll be more likely to chip.
