Removeable floor tiles system.

I have got to the stage where I am debating whether to board over my floorboards and lay floor tiles with the possibility of having to lift them in the future due to leaks etc. So I googled removable tile systems to see if anyone had come up with a way to overcome the problem.

I am not advertising this particular product in any way but was wondering what you guys thought of it as a concept? It would be handy to be able to remove floor tiles to fix a problem then re-lay them with no damage.

Do you think this idea could catch on?

I used the Quadra tiles now it seems discontinued and replaced with these.
Click fit so removable.
