Hi All
I would like to remove tiles from floorboards. I have already taken up the tiles that were originally laid on cement sheeting but now have come to an area where the tiles have been laid directly onto the floorboards. They have been "stuck on" with a black rubbery (??) mixture which, fyi, was also used when the tiles were secured to the cement sheeting.
Is there a relatively simple way of removing the tiles from the floorboards without damaging the boards?
FYI - I removed the tiles from the cement sheeting with a hammer and chisel (took forever but did it) as when I used the angle grinder to cut the grouting it burnt the rubber on which the tiles are laid and the smell was shocking.
Thanks in anticipation of many suggestions!
