I have this concrete slab along the back of my house I'd like to remove so I can put something nicer down. But I'm a bit apprehensive because...

1. There's an oil boiler outside (left in pic) and I'm concerned about the plumbing/wiring from that into the house, how deep could this be as obviously I don't want to get near that.

2. I'm unsure how to navigate the various drains, will the concrete just fall away from these as I approach them?

Is there any general guidance on this? YouTube vids I've seen so far haven't dealt with these issues specifically.

Dig down side of the concrete to see how deep it is.
80mm or less?
Services are much deeper normally as there are regs for that..
Maybe you need to cut around drains first.
Hire a electric concrete breaker for weekend?
