Removing mold from artex ceiling - cleaning product that won't damage paint?

Just moved into a house with a small patch of mold on the artex ceiling. The artex does contain asbestos, so am looking for a mold-killing cleaning product to use that won't damage the paint (so as not to expose the artex underneath) - pic attached

Vinegar is often recommended for mold removal - but could this strip some paint? Or is there some sort of anti-mold spray that would definitely do no damage?

The paint seems to be glossy-ish - so presumably has some degree of water resistance, e.g. compared to mat paint on walls.

Have already managed to wipe some mold off using a damp sponge, and this in itself doesn't seem to have done any damage - obviously am wiping very gently so as not to break off any of the artex "stipples" - so will continue with that method, but would like to add a some sort of product to make sure the mold is killed :)

btw, there was also a small patch on the architrave directly below, and this wiped off very easily. Therefore, I don't think it's coming from any sort of leak or damp above (which would obviously be a bigger problem!) but most likely just condensation from the room (and it's above a window if that gives any clues). Anyway, as far as I can tell it's just surface mold, so as long as I wipe it off and then keep the room well ventilated should be fine.

Can you look the other side of ceiling as probably no insulation at that spot so the condensation is forming.
Outside wall edges in bungalows and bedroom edges in houses suffered with spots like that.
Missed areas or narrow run along edges missed out when insulation was installed.

Id just warm a spray can of zinsser BIN and spray mould then emulsion over. That will kill mould.
Trying to treat mould will cause more damage.
Just stain block and paint and sort insulation

Sounds like good advice - it was a bit of a mystery to me why there was mold in exactly that spot (and thankfully nowhere else!), but that makes total sense re. the insulation - cold spot, hot air drawn to it, condensation forms. The attic's going to be partially boarded up in a few weeks, and one of things the company does is redistribute insulation, so will get them to look at it.

Re. the mold treatment, should I not wipe mold off before covering? Maybe with some heavily diluted bleach? Have found the Zinsser BIN at Screwfix/Toolstation so will pick up a can of that today (y) (though might get the tin not the spray - bit more expensive, but would be easier to apply thoroughly to specific area with brush)

No. Just coat up.
Bleach dissolves emulsion.
I'd thought if diluted the bleach enough it would be OK, but been doing a bit more googling and apparently bleach doesn't even necessarily kill all mould anyway, so I agree why take the risk. However I am now planning to give it a spray with Zinsser "mould killer and remover" and wiping clean before applying the BIN - don't like the idea of just covering over the mould without removing it first!
