Removing paint from concrete

Hi, I recently painted my garden fence but some paint has been accidentally sprayed on the concrete below it as per the picture.

I've tried jet washing it off and using white spirit but had no luck with either.

Any suggestions welcome.

Some kind of proprietary paint stripper might work

When you say paint, do you mean water-based fence stain?

Go to your local car parts shop and ask for "universal thinner" AKA "Gun wash". It's pretty nasty stuff though, and comes in 5 litre containers.

Garanteed to get it off

Or use a hand-held steam cleaner or possibly wallpaper stripper

Sorry, yes I mean water based fence paint. (that's the description on the tin!)

it seems to soak in. I've known masonry paint weather away, but I don't think drips have ever gone from my brick and concrete
