I need to remove a kitchen radiator, it is the lowest radiator in the house (with drain valve etc).

It is on a combi system.

Now do i need to create a return on it? due to the fact the radiator wont be there?

No need to create a loop on it, you can just cap the open ends?
Will not effect the flow/return to other rads!
But you may need to form a drain off at another location or if these pipes are going to be accessible on these.
