Removing Silicon Bathroom Sealant

Does anyone know of something that disolves silicon sealant. In their wisdom the peiple who fitted my shower have filled a drainage channel with white bathroom sealant. I have removed the shower dors but want to remove the sealnt without scratching the shower tray.

A very sharp stanley knife blade used carefully to remove the bulk.

There are then silicone eaters or chemical removers to remove the residue, remember to clean this with meths once done.
