Removing the first stone from an area of bloc paved driveway

Hello ,
I need to pull up a small area of my block paved driveway-can anyone explain to me the best technique for removing the very first block when all the blocks are pushed tightly together.

A pickaxe and/or sledge hammer. And goggles, of course.

Not easy, hacksaw blade, old screwdriver & so on.

I have done one providing you have a spare block, I drilled 2 hole (using masonary drill bit), rawlplugs with screw and 2 claw hammer to pull it up.
