Im re doing my kitchen and have a tilled floor with 18mm osb as a sub floor that is screwed down, any ideas how to get the osb up once the tiles are gone as all the screw heads will be full of grout.

I was thinking along the lines of ripping it up with a circular saw and then using a recip saw to cut the screws off level with the joists but wasnt sure if this was the best way.

Cheers paul

OSB? what a ****e idea.

It's pretty weak, I would try a small area as you say, you might be able to get a bolster (or a tile remover on an SDS drill?) under the board then and get the board up regardless of the screws. Once the screws are exposed pull them out with a claw hammer or nail bar.

It all depends if there is glue under the board or not.
