Hi all,
I have got planning for a side extension which is two storeys,
it is going to be 2.8 metres from the existing house to the outside of the extension.
Down stairs is a snug and utility room and up stairs it is going to be a bedroom and with the width being just 2.5m by 5m long i wanted to ask if the outside wall of the house at 1st floor level could be removed so that i could get the extra width of the render+brick+cavity; which would give me a 2.7 mwide room when boarded and plastered.
any input appreciated,
Thanks!
