At least thats what we think it is!! Its almost like a rubberised paint, if you manage to get under it and lift it, it stretches and peels.
Trouble is in most areas its being a bugger to remove (using one of those stanley blade scrapers we managed about one sq foot in about an hour) - the previous house owners must have had shares in the stuff, its everywhere!
So far we have tried gently heating it, it seems to soften it up but its still slow to do!
Any thoughts or advise??
