I'm removing the old sealant around the interior of a uPVC window. However, the sealant that is between the window sill and the window is very hard as the window was fitted a long while ago about 2005.
I've tried removing the sealant using a plastic Unibond sealant remover tool, but its too hard. If I use a knife, it will likely damage the window sill or the window frame.
I had a look at sealant removers that apply to the surface, but I'm not sure if any of them are suitable for removing window sealant as they don't mention this.
Is there any effective way to remove the old sealant?
