Renault Clio service light

can anyone tell me how to clear the service light on the dashboard of a renault clio 2006 mode? as the car is not yet due for a service. Can this be done by using the tripometer as used in most other cars. Dave

Is there a stalk for the information display with 2 buttons on the end?
Turn the ignition on and press one of the buttons on the stalk until the spanner symbol flashes and the distance remaining is displayed in the display. Press and hold one of the buttons for 10secs. Release the button.

Hi

Can you please confirm something? When you hold the first button in and wait for the symbol to flash and the distance remaining is displayed etc, do you release the first button and then press the second button on the stalk for 10 seconds? Or are you talking about a different button etc?
