Renault Kangoo Van non starter

'morning
I parked the van up after a good run last night.No dramas.
Goes to it this morning and it turned over but refused to fire.
I've slackened one of the injector pipes off and there's no fuel there.
Plenty of fuel in the vehicle.
Any ideas please.

Electric fuel pump or the wiring/relay/fuse controlling it.
