Renault Laguna II rear wheel bearings

Just changing rear discs etc on my 04 plate Laguna II anybody able to advise what torque the nut should be tightened too when refitting the hub assembly?

Why go the whole hog and replace the whole disc if there's nothing wrong with the disc?

Disc was donald ducked. Contact face had started to break up and it was like taking a cheese slicer to the brake pads!!
