renault megane 1.6 auto

hi can anyone tell me how to remove the crankshaft sensor, i can locate it and remove the 2 x 10mm bolts, problem i have is that it will not lift high enough to remove from the engine, any help would be great, thanks

I just checked with some of the other forums and they all say it should come out after you loosen the two 10mm bolts.
Would it be all gummed up on the inside of the housing stopping it from coming out? Or is it fouling on something outside?
