Before I start ... yes I have read the 'BLOWN RENDER' post (well some/most of it anyway) but to be honest that just made me more confused.
I am speaking about an internal wall that has had a touch of damp in the past (not to mention some movement).
I'm planning to clean down the walls, rake the joints (might add eml), mix a 3:1 for the scratch then a 4:1 or 5:1 to finish.
Does that sound okay ?
Should I be thinking of adding something like rendermix to either or both ? (I don't dare mention PVA)
