Hi there,

Apologies if this is in the wrong section but I was hoping for some advice.

Our house had an extension carried out 24 years ago but I've noticed some of the rendered panels have moved apart with the potential for water ingress (please see photos).

I was wondering what would be the best and easiest way to treat this?

Thanks

You are more likely to get help if you post in the appropriate section. The Moderators can move this for you. Click on 'Report' to ask for that.

Clean the render out and seal with a polysulpide mastic. It may need a foam rubber backing strip first to support the mastic.
