Hi, we are having our house rendered and pebble dashed.
They're yet to finish the front , but have finished the side and back. I've been advised by a builder neighbour that they've done an awful job, but to give them the opportunity to make right ( basically take the render off and start again) or pay for materials used and leave. We haven't paid them a penny so far.
They've left old render on the front and back where we join our neighbour. There's gaps behind the mesh of the beads where I think there should be cement behind the all of the mesh. We can see beading still ( I queried that) and he said it's galvanized steel and won't rust, you're supposed to see it. We've been looking at neighbours recently done rendering same as ours and we see no beading. Anyways take a look at the pics, any advice on what to say how to handle the situation and thoughts would be gratefully received.
