Rendering cost

Can someone give any ideas to the cost of rendering the back wall of a two story house, i'm only looking at a rough idea for a possible house purchase. it's a bog standard two story edwardian bay fronted house. The whole back wall looks like it could do with some render. there's some breeze blocks exposes where they have put in a door and then couldn't be bothered rendering over the blocks. But the whole wall could do with it really.
